Richard J. Blanchette, 58, was last seen on October 14, 2014, in Claremont, New Hampshire. At the time of his disappearance, he lived in the 200 block of Broad Street. Blanchette did not have a vehicle or a cellphone and was known to walk around the Claremont area, particularly along the Sugar River Rail Trail. It is believed that on the day he disappeared, he may have been walking in the direction of Newport, New Hampshire.
