Julie A. Sinclair, a 42-year-old woman with red/auburn hair and hazel eyes, has been missing from Louisville, Kentucky, since December 17, 2021. At the time of her disappearance, she was known to be living in various homeless shelters in the downtown area, near the Ohio River. The last time acquaintances saw her, she was making her way toward the river, but no one witnessed her return.
