Joel A. Moore, a 27-year-old man from Galatia, Illinois, was last seen on March 20, 2010. On the day of his disappearance, Joel texted his brother at around 6:30 p.m., stating he was going to visit friends and would not be home that night. This was the last confirmed contact anyone had with him. Joel was driving his white 1990 Cadillac DeVille, with Illinois license plate A369209, but neither he nor the vehicle have been seen since.
