In the spring of 2010, a 27-year-old man named Joel A. Moore vanished from his home in Galatia, Illinois, leaving behind a life and a family who continue to seek answers. On March 20, 2010, Joel was last seen leaving his residence in his white 1990 Cadillac Deville, bearing the Illinois license plate A369209.
