Luis Israel Baez, a 24-year-old man, was last seen on February 25, 1999, in Lyons, Illinois. He was staying at a hotel located at the intersection of 39th Street and Harlem Avenue. After that day, he was never seen or heard from again. When authorities investigated his disappearance, they found all of Luis's personal belongings still in his hotel room, including his clothes, coat, and cell phone, which added to the mystery.
