In the winter of 2010, 37-year-old Bruce Allen Evans was living in his native Tucson, Arizona, having returned to his hometown the previous year after spending several years in Arkansas designing and building handguns. On the morning of December 21, he left his residence in the 3700 block of west Ironwood Hill Drive.
