Richard James Rider Jr., 39, was last seen on October 11, 2011, leaving Dayspring Village, an assisted living facility in Hilliard, Florida, for adults with schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorder. This was the day after his birthday. He was reportedly walking northbound toward the Georgia state line, but he has not been heard from since.
