Candice Jean Aufrecht, also known as Candice Jean O’Brien, was last seen on March 8, 2022, in Lincolnton, North Carolina, which was also her 39th birthday. She was spotted at a local Chick-fil-A with a man named Zachary William Ramey. However, Candice’s family did not report her missing until October 7, 2023, several months after she had disappeared. The delay in filing the missing person report has raised many questions regarding the circumstances surrounding her disappearance.
