William Henry Forshee Jr., aged 17, was last seen on April 16, 1973, in Miami, Florida. He, his father William Forshee Sr., and two other men, Minni "Benny" Gaskins and DeWitt Lewis, embarked on an overnight fishing trip in an 18-foot outboard boat, departing from the Captain’s Landing Marina on Marco Island. The group was expected to return, but they never made it back to shore. Their truck and boat trailer were found at the marina, but neither the boat nor the men have ever been located.
