Stefanie Stroh, 21, was last seen on October 15, 1987, at the Four Way Cafe and Truck Stop in Wells, Nevada. At the time, she was traveling across the United States, having taken a year off from her studies at Reed College in Oregon. She had hitchhiked from New York and was making her way to California. Stefanie called her parents from Wells, telling them she had secured a ride and expected to be home the next day. However, she never arrived and has not been heard from since.
