Floyd Hansford Walker, a 66-year-old man, went missing from West Melbourne, Florida, on May 2, 1991. At the time of his disappearance, Floyd was last seen at Jim's Tire and Automotive on Ellis Road, where he had been with his legal guardian, a longtime friend who owned the business. Floyd, who suffered from Alzheimer's disease, was prone to confusion and memory loss, which added urgency to the search efforts.
