Pamela June Ray, a 36-year-old mother from Atlanta, Georgia, disappeared on August 12, 1992, during a trip to Panama City Beach, Florida. She had traveled with her two children, planning a short vacation before the start of the school year. After arriving in Panama City around 3:30 a.m., she found no vacant motel rooms and decided to park her car at the Wilhite Apartments complex.
