In the spring of 1995, a 25-year-old Indigenous woman named Stephanie Rae Chase vanished from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The last known contact with Stephanie was a conversation she had with her mother on May 1, 1995. After that phone call, she was never seen or heard from again. Her mother reported her missing shortly after their last conversation.
