Charles Anthony Radice, a 76-year-old World War II veteran, was last seen on the evening of May 14, 1995, near his home in downtown Lancaster, California. Known locally for selling jewelry at swap meets and stores, Charles, nicknamed "Charlie," disappeared under suspicious circumstances.
