Gina Renee Garcia, aged 32, was last seen on July 11, 1996, in downtown Stockton, California. Her disappearance was reported by her mother two weeks later, on July 25. At the time of her disappearance, Garcia, a Hispanic woman, was 5'5", weighed about 130 pounds, and had brown hair and brown eyes. She also had a tattoo of the name "Krystal" above her left breast and sometimes wore eyeglasses. Garcia had a history of drug abuse, which may have contributed to the circumstances of her case.
