Eva Mae Hale, a 79-year-old woman from Terre Haute, Indiana, went missing on October 15, 1996, after visiting her brother's grave at the Marco Cemetery in Greene County. Hale had driven her white 1983 Chrysler New Yorker to the cemetery, where she intended to place a pumpkin on her brother's grave.
