Julian Michael Sam, a 16-year-old from La Marque, Texas, was last seen on October 16, 1998. He was dropped off by a friend at Etheridge Stadium to purchase tickets for a homecoming football game. At the time, Julian had just received his paycheck and was carrying $200 in cash.
