Randy Fowler, 42, was last seen on October 9, 2000, in St. Ignace, Michigan. On that day, his 1991 Astro van was found parked in a construction zone on the Mackinac Bridge. Witnesses reported seeing a man, believed to be Randy, jump from the bridge. Despite searches, his body was never recovered. Fowler was described as a white male, 5'7" tall, weighing approximately 140 pounds, with brown hair.
