Richard Hall, a 26-year-old man from West Palm Beach, Florida, went missing under mysterious circumstances in July 2004. He was last seen on July 22, 2004, at approximately 3:00 p.m. while visiting an acquaintance in the vicinity of 45th Street and Village Boulevard in Palm Beach. After leaving the acquaintance’s home, Hall intended to visit a family member in West Palm Beach but never arrived at his destination. Some sources, however, list his official date of disappearance as July 29, 2004.
