Jocelyn Turcios, a 3-year-old girl, was last seen on October 15, 2004, in Franklin, Tennessee. Jocelyn was abducted by her non-custodial mother, Sandra Gutierrez, during a custody dispute. At the time of her disappearance, Jocelyn was 3'10" tall, weighed 40 pounds, and had brown hair and green eyes. She is biracial, identified as Black and Hispanic, and may be using her mother's last name, Gutierrez.
