Johnny "Chumba" Galvan, 47, was last seen on August 23, 2008, in Tomball, Texas. Suffering from poor health due to a previous battle with throat cancer, Johnny had a tracheotomy tube and required medication to manage his pain. He was also being treated for depression and had recently started a new medication, which his family believes may have made him disoriented.
