Luis was last seen crossing the U.S.-Mexico border. The group entered the U.S. to the West of Sasabe. When they were walking, they could see large water tanks up on a hill. They were in a car, and then after 40 minutes of riding in the car on a dirt road (at small intersection they could see the lights of a town), the border patrol came, and everyone ran.
