Dawn Marie Viens, 39 years old, was last seen on October 18, 2009, leaving her and her husband's restaurant, Thyme Contemporary Cafe, in Lomita, California. Her husband, David Viens, initially claimed that she had left him after an argument and had gone missing before. However, as the investigation unfolded, David became the prime suspect in her disappearance.
