In the heat of the Arizona summer, on July 17, 2010, a 30-year-old man named Edgar Agustin Avechuco Calderon was last seen near Lukeville, a small community on the U.S.-Mexico border. Edgar, also known by the nickname 'Chapo,' was a Hispanic man with brown hair and dark brown eyes.
