In the late summer of 2010, William Lee Carter, a 49-year-old man from Detroit, was visiting a friend in the unfamiliar city of Roswell, Georgia. On the night of August 21st, he was last seen at Calibre Creek Parkway. At the time, he was wearing black jeans, a white t-shirt, and white gym shoes.
