In the late summer of 2010, William Lee Carter, a 49-year-old man from Detroit, was visiting a friend in the unfamiliar city of Roswell, Georgia. On the night of August 21st, he was last seen at Calibre Creek Parkway. At the time, he was wearing black jeans, a white t-shirt, and white gym shoes. Distinctive in his appearance, he had a stud in one of his pierced ears, a scar from a previous nose fracture, and other scars on his head and knees.
