In the late summer of 2010, a 40-year-old woman named Lea Ann Zeigler vanished from High Point, North Carolina. She was last seen by her sister on September 8, 2010. For several years leading up to her disappearance, Lea had been experiencing homelessness, often finding shelter in various transient camps within North Carolina.
