Thomas Edward Funk Jr., a 47-year-old man, disappeared from his home in Gainesville, Georgia, sometime between the evening of October 1 and the morning of October 2, 2011. Funk was last seen by his roommate at their residence on Oconee Circle. The following morning, Funk was missing, leaving behind his cell phone and pickup truck, which was unusual for him as he was typically in regular contact with his family.
