On a summer day in 2012, 48-year-old Kelley Jean Harris was preparing for a Fourth of July celebration with her family. On July 3rd, she left her home in the Bixby, Oklahoma area to go shopping for the upcoming party. She was last seen at a local Wal-Mart, carrying a significant amount of cash for her purchases.
