Valerie Jeanette Sifsof, a 43-year-old woman, was last seen on July 7, 2012, while on a camping trip with her boyfriend at the Granite Creek Campground, situated at Mile 64 of the Seward Highway, near Girdwood, Alaska. A member of the Yu'Pik Inupiaq tribe, Valerie was a beloved daughter and sister who was actively planning her younger sister's baby shower at the time of her disappearance.
