Kimberly Abigail Orellana, a 12-year-old girl from El Salvador, was last seen on August 9, 2012, near Falfurrias, Texas. Kimberly had crossed the U.S.-Mexico border with a group of undocumented immigrants and was walking along Highway 281, heading toward Houston. During the journey, Kimberly grew tired and was unable to continue walking. The group left her behind, and she has not been seen since.
