Santiago-Pabon, a resident of the quiet lakeside town, disappeared unexpectedly, leaving his family and friends deeply concerned. On the day of his disappearance, Santiago-Pabon was seen in Dunkirk, but when he failed to return home or make contact with his loved ones, his family reported him missing to local authorities.
