John Davis Harris, a 30-year-old man, was last seen on September 12, 1973, in Ypsilanti, Michigan. At the time of his disappearance, Harris was described as a 6'3" tall, Black male, weighing approximately 184 pounds. He had distinctive physical characteristics, including missing fingers on his right hand (thumb, index, and middle fingers). His aliases, Chester Russell and Jack Griffin, added complexity to his case, which remains unsolved decades later.
