Geno Samuel Ranelli, a 26-year-old from St. Paul, Minnesota, was last seen on May 20, 1977. He had been living in Minnesota after previously moving there with his friend, Christopher Freeman. The two owned a store together in East St. Paul, which sold redwood products, but they had closed the shop earlier that year.
