In the autumn of 1981, a young man named Eduardo Denis Portela vanished from the city of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, leaving behind a mystery that has endured for decades. On November 3, 1981, the 20-year-old Hispanic male was reportedly seen walking across the Mulberry Street bridge, making his way from the Allison Hill neighborhood toward downtown Harrisburg.
