Brandon Keith Robbins, a 20-year-old from North Wildwood, New Jersey, was last seen on August 21, 1982, at his residence in the Anglesea section of the town. He was reported missing four days later, on August 25, after family and friends became concerned about his sudden disappearance. Investigators soon discovered that a friend of Robbins had been driving his black 1978 Chevrolet Astro van.
