Tsering Wangyal, an 82-year-old woman from Skokie, Illinois, was last seen on July 15, 2024. She was reported missing by her family after she left her home without her cane, phone, or ID. Surveillance footage showed her heading towards the Tibetan Alliance of Chicago Community Center in Evanston, but she never arrived. Her family and local authorities conducted extensive searches, including involving the Cook County K9 Group and volunteers searching nearby wooded areas.
