Clifford Cox, a 53-year-old man, was last seen on February 21, 1986, in Elk, California. At the time of his disappearance, Clifford was driving an orange 1978 Subaru Brat with California license plate 153VIV. He had been living in the small coastal town of Elk in Mendocino County. Despite efforts to locate him, neither Clifford nor his vehicle has been found since that day, and he remains classified as a missing person.
