Jeffrey Todd Carter, a 23-year-old man from Mocksville, North Carolina, went missing on May 7, 1987. He was last seen leaving his girlfriend’s house at around 10:30 PM, driving his red Pontiac Fiero, intending to return to his parents' home in Charlotte. He was scheduled to meet his girlfriend at Davidson Community College the following morning, but he never arrived.
