Felix Enrique Pedraja, 73 years old at the time, was last seen on December 21, 1988, in Miami, Florida. He left his residence in the 7500 block of northwest Third Street and never returned. At the time of his disappearance, Felix was wearing a white pullover shirt, gray pants, brown shoes, and a blue cap. He also wore glasses and had distinctive scars—a large one on his left arm from a burn and another on the left side of his chest from a knife wound.
