In the early spring of 2024, a 52-year-old man named Jerry Kenneth Pace from Glenallen, Missouri, embarked on a journey that would lead to his disappearance. On March 5th, he was reportedly dropped off at the Diversion Channel in Cape Girardeau County. His plan was ambitious: to sail an inflatable raft from the channel to the mighty Mississippi River.
