Mark William Kotlarz, aged 26, was last seen on July 5, 1991, near the northeast part of Vail Lake in Riverside County, California. He disappeared under unknown circumstances and has not been heard from since. At the time of his disappearance, Mark stood 5'9" tall, weighed 150 pounds, and had brown hair and green eyes.
