Victor Carlos Echeandia, 46, was last seen on November 15, 1992, in Auburn, Washington. Not much is known about the circumstances leading to his disappearance. He was last heard from that day, and after that, he vanished without a trace. One unusual aspect of the case is that after his disappearance, his vehicle was sold by his roommates, and it was later recovered by police.
