John Pena, a 13-year-old boy, was last seen on February 16, 1993, in Chino, California. He disappeared after leaving his foster home alongside another boy, Jeffery Phillips, who was also reported missing the same day. Both John and Jeffery were originally from Fresno, and authorities believe they were possibly en route to Riverside when they vanished. Despite extensive searches and the passing years, no concrete information about their whereabouts has emerged.
