In the summer of 1996, a 26-year-old man named Jon Richard Cox vanished from Spokane, Washington. The last known contact with Jon was on July 1, 1996, when he spoke with a longtime friend. After that day, communication from Jon ceased, leaving his friends and family with a void of information. As weeks turned into months with no word, concern grew.
