Carmen Meirino, a 49-year-old Hispanic woman, went missing from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on December 13, 1997. She was last seen around midnight leaving an acquaintance’s residence on Fairmont Avenue. Meirino, who stood 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighed 140 pounds, had brown hair dyed blonde at the time of her disappearance. She was wearing a brown tweed jacket and tan pants when she was last seen.
