In the winter of 1999, a 33-year-old Hispanic female named Neilsa Gerena vanished from her home in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Family members last saw her at her residence in December of that year, but the exact date remains unknown. At the time of her disappearance, Neilsa was described as being 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighing approximately 140 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
