Originally from Roseburg, Oregon, Cash was driving a brown 1982 Honda Civic Del Sol with Oregon license plate UWS497 when he disappeared. His vehicle has never been located, nor has there been any record of it being re-registered. At the time of his disappearance, Cash was described as 6'1" tall, weighing 155 pounds, with blond hair and brown eyes.
