Clarence Wayne Preston, age 43, was last seen on April 29, 2000, in Rocky Mount, Virginia. At the time of his disappearance, he was living at the Serenity House, a halfway house in a rural area of the town. Clarence was last observed sitting on the porch of the facility, and he vanished without taking his clothes or necessary medication for schizophrenia and seizures.
