Charles Steven Madrid, a 30-year-old man, vanished in Pueblo, Colorado, on or around May 3, 2000. At the time of his disappearance, he resided in the 1800 block of West 18th Street. Described as a Hispanic and White/Caucasian male with brown hair and brown eyes, he stood at 5 feet 10 inches and weighed approximately 150 pounds.
