Romina Leone, a 23-year-old woman from West Palm Beach, Florida, was last seen on June 18, 2003. Romina and her husband, Frank Leone, embarked on a day-long fishing trip from the Boynton Beach Inlet in their 16-foot Searay boat. This trip was their first outing on the boat, and there were concerns that it may not have been seaworthy.
