Cordell Raymond Shepherd, a 27-year-old man, went missing from Cleveland, Ohio, on March 1, 2004. Described as an African-American male with black hair, brown eyes, and a height of 5'8" to 5'11", Cordell had distinguishing features such as a chipped front tooth, acne, and a goatee at the time of his disappearance. He was also known by the nickname "Corky."
